The Braden River Pirates are headed away from home for the first time to square off against the Manatee Hurricanes at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Manatee took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Braden River, who comes in off a win.

Braden River's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They came out on top against Charlotte by a score of 2-0. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Brady Bobbit and Victor Philpotts scored both of Braden River's goals, bringing their combined season tally to three goals.

Meanwhile, Manatee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of Cardinal Mooney. The matchup was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Manatee couldn't quite close it out.

Braden River's victory bumped their record up to 3-1-1. As for Manatee, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7-1.
