Volleyball Game Preview: Kennett Eagles vs. Laconia Sachems

Kennett is on a nine-game streak of home losses dating back to last season, and Laconia a three-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Saturday. The Kennett Eagles will be playing in front of their home fans against the Laconia Sachems at 12:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Wednesday, Kennett came up short against Prospect Mountain and fell 3-1.

Meanwhile, Laconia didn't have quite enough to beat Plymouth on Monday and fell 3-2.

Kennett's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Laconia, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Kennett suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Laconia in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Can the Eagles avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
