Baseball Recap: Kremlin-Hillsdale Extends Home Winning Streak to Five

There's no place like home for Kremlin-Hillsdale, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. Everything went their way against the Newkirk Tigers on Monday as they made off with a 9-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Broncs, who have now won 19 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Kremlin-Hillsdale's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-5. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.4 runs over those games. As for Newkirk, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-13-1.

Kremlin-Hillsdale does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Newkirk, they will take on Morrison at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
