Soccer Recap: Fort Atkinson Comes Up Short

Fort Atkinson managed to keep up with Kenosha Tremper until halftime on Saturday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Blackhawks lost 3-0 to the Trojans. While losing is never fun, Fort Atkinson can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin soccer rankings (they are ranked 153rd, while Kenosha Tremper are ranked 28th).

Fort Atkinson's loss dropped their record down to 4-7-2. As for Kenosha Tremper, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-2-1.

Coming up, Fort Atkinson will head out on the road to challenge Reedsburg at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kenosha Tremper, they will be playing at home against Union Grove at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
