Basketball Recap: Stinna Grubb's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Colonial Christian over Indianapolis Homeschool Wildcats

Colonial Christian was the 39-31 winner over Indianapolis HomeSchool Wildcats when they last played one another back in November of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Colonial Christian Cougars took a 32-22 hit to the loss column at the hands of Indianapolis HomeSchool Wildcats on Tuesday. The matchup marked the Cougars' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Several Cougars players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Stinna Grubb, who posted 12 points and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Addie Gillen, who earned six points.

Colonial Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Indianapolis HomeSchool Wildcats, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Colonial Christian will welcome Kokomo HomeSchool on Tuesday. As for Indianapolis HomeSchool Wildcats, they will host Phalen Leadership Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Indianapolis HomeSchool Wildcats is facing Phalen Leadership Academy at the right time seeing as Phalen Leadership Academy is stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
