Conneaut Area came into Friday's matchup looking for another win against Grove City, but Jonah Stucchio wouldn't allow it. Grove City strolled past Conneaut Area with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 24-8 with plenty of help from Stucchio, who picked up 127 receiving yards and one score, and also rushed for 30 yards. His longest reception was for an incredible 87 yards.

Grove City moved to 5-4 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Conneaut Area, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-3.

Grove City does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Conneaut Area, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Girard at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles will be up against the Yellowjackets' rather soft defense (which has allowed 33.44 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
