Soccer Game Preview: Freeport vs. Pensacola + Official Tickets

For the first time this season, Freeport will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will look to defend their home pitch on Monday against the Pensacola Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Pensacola took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Freeport, who comes in off a win.

Freeport is looking to give their home crowd another W after opening their season at home on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out Palm Bay Prep Academy 2-1. Freeport's winning goal came courtesy of Matt Geist.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Pensacola challenged West Florida on Friday. The Tigers came up short against the Jaguars, falling 6-1. Pensacola were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 4-1.

Freeport skirted past Pensacola 5-4 when the teams last played back in January. Will the Bulldogs repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
