Basketball Recap: Fillmore Central Comes Up Short

Fillmore Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 66-42 to the Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms.

Fillmore Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Blooming Prairie, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

It'll be Battle of the Birds when the Fillmore Central Falcons challenge the Dover-Eyota Eagles at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Dover-Eyota is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 67.2 points per game this season. As for Blooming Prairie, they will host Randolph at 5:45 p.m. on Friday.
