Volleyball Recap: Wauwatosa West Find Success

Wauwatosa West picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They came out on top against the Weyauwega-Fremont Warhawks by a score of 2-0.

Evelyn Davis paced Wauwatosa West's offense, picking up five kills. Davis got some help from Cora Eisenmann and her nine assists. Lilah Struve controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Wauwatosa West's victory bumped their record up to 18-12. As for Weyauwega-Fremont, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-14.

Coming up, Wauwatosa West will face off against Brookfield Central at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Lancers will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Trojans surely won't give up without a fight. As for Weyauwega-Fremont, they have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Wittenberg-Birnamwood on the 7th.
