It was a good run, but Bennett unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Friday. They lost to the Wicomico Indians on the road by a 48-31 margin. The contest marked the Clippers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

It was another big night for Se'Lah Foreman, who dropped a triple-double on 21 points, ten assists, and ten steals for Wicomico. Foreman's evening made it ten games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. Carlisa Johnson was another key player, dropping a double-double on 13 points and 16 rebounds.

Bennett's defeat dropped their record down to 8-3. As for Wicomico, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-2.

Bennett will challenge Parkside on Thursday. As for Wicomico, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 59-20 victory against Chincoteague on the 18th.
