The Holy Redeemer Royals will venture away from home to challenge the Williamsport Millionaires at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Holy Redeemer is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.8 runs per game this season.

Holy Redeemer is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 14 runs on Wednesday, they were much more limited against Loyalsock Township on Saturday. They took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lancers. The defeat continues a trend for the Royals in their meetings with the Lancers: they've now lost three in a row.

Holy Redeemer saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Zoe Pecuch, who went 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Williamsport). They put the hurt on Mifflin County with a sharp 19-12 victory on Thursday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Millionaires considering their one-run performance the contest before.

Williamsport has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for Holy Redeemer, their loss dropped their record down to 11-5.
