Soccer Recap: Harbor Teacher Comes Up Short

Harbor Teacher was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They came up short against the Fremont Pathfinders, falling 8-0. While losing is never fun, the Monarchs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 1171st, while the Pathfinders are ranked 281st).

Harbor Teacher's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Fremont, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-1-1.

While Harbor Teacher had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 2:30 p.m. on Monday.
