Softball Recap: San Gabriel Has No Trouble Against Marshall

San Gabriel's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. Everything went their way against the Marshall Eagles as the San Gabriel Matadors made off with a 22-15 victory. The Matadors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matches by seven runs or more this season.

San Gabriel's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-5. As for Marshall, their loss was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-5.

Coming up, San Gabriel will head out to take on Wilson at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Marshall will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Mountain View at 3:30 p.m. on March 26th.
