Recap: Penns Grove Red Devils vs. Schalick Cougars
The Penns Grove Red Devils had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.3 points), and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 59-36 margin over Schalick. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Penns Grove also won the last time the pair played last Tuesday.
Giomar Conrad continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 13 points along with five rebounds and two steals. He has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ka'Ron Ceaser, who scored 11 points along with two steals.
Penns Grove has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 10-12 record this season. As for Schalick, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season.
Penns Grove does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Schalick, they will head out on the road to face off against Williamstown at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The pair have had a bumpy ride up to this point with nine consecutive losses for Williamstown and three for Schalick.
