Softball Recap: Fulton Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Fulton's offense. They fell just short of the Cocke County Fighting Cocks by a score of 1-0 on Monday. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Fighting Cocks recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Fulton's record is now 0-9. As for Cocke County, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-4-1 record this season.

Fulton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cocke County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Anderson County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
