C. Milton Wright waltzed into their contest on Friday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came out on top against the Manchester Valley Mavericks by a score of 70-63. That's more bragging rights for the Mustangs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Several Mavericks players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Michael Hoy, who shot 63% from the field to rack up 13 points. Colton Enderle was another key player, going 9-for-16 on his way to 20 points.

C. Milton Wright's win bumped their record up to 15-4. As for Manchester Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. C. Milton Wright will take on Century at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Manchester Valley, they will square off against Oakdale at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
