Soccer Recap: Langley Takes a Loss

After flying high against George C. Marshall on Thursday, Langley came back down to earth. The Saxons came up short against the McLean Highlanders on Monday, falling 6-0. Langley have struggled against McLean recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Langley's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6-1. As for McLean, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-1-1.

Looking ahead, Langley will venture away from home to take on Mount Vernon at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for McLean, they will welcome South County at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
