Football Recap: Ottawa Hills Takes a Loss

If Ottawa Hills was feeling good fresh off their 39-18 takedown of North Central last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Green Bears received a blow on Friday as they fell 42-26 to the Hilltop Cadets. The Green Bears were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cadets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Ottawa Hills now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Hilltop, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Coming up, Ottawa Hills will head out to square off against Edon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hilltop, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Erie-Mason at 7:00 p.m.
