Lockhart has gone a perfect 3-0 against Wimberley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Lions will venture away from home to challenge the Texans at 1:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Lockhart managed to keep up with McNeil until halftime two weeks ago, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Lions might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Mavericks an easy 3-0 victory.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Wimberley was forced to settle for a draw. They and Jarrell finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw two weeks ago.

With that draw, Wimberley's record moves to 1-0-1. As for Lockhart, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Lockhart got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in January against Wimberley by a conclusive 8-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lions since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
