Basketball Recap: South Fork Starts off Right with Win over Legacy

South Fork had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They put the hurt on the Legacy Lions with a sharp 66-44 victory on Monday. The Bulldogs pushed the score to 56-32 by the end of the third, a deficit the Lions cut but never quite recovered from.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Fork will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Dr. Joaquin Garcia at 7:00 p.m. on the 18th. As for Legacy, they will welcome Lincoln Park Academy at 7:00 p.m. on the 18th.
