Baseball Recap: Barlow Comes Up Short

Barlow fell victim to Sandy and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Pioneers by a score of 1-0. The Bruins were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Pioneers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Barlow's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Sandy, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-2.

While Barlow had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
