Volleyball Recap: Peyton Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Peyton faced off against Swink on Wednesday. The Panthers came up short against the Lions, falling 3-0. The Panthers were not able to make up for their loss to the Lions from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-11, 25-18.

This is the second loss in a row for Peyton and nudges their season record down to 7-13. As for Swink, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 16 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Peyton will take on Sargent at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Swink, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Fowler at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
