Basketball Recap: Waterloo East Takes a Loss

Waterloo East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost to the Iowa City Little Hawks on the road by a 76-60 margin. The Trojans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Little Hawks apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2023.

Waterloo East's defeat dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Iowa City, their win bumped their record up to 10-27.

As of now, neither Waterloo East nor Iowa City have any future games scheduled.
