Softball Recap: Catholic - N.I. Panthers vs. Crowley Gent

Derouen has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive pitching appearances. Derouen was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with four RBI and a triple.

In other batting news, Kenley Sonnier was incredible, firing off two home runs, five RBI, and three runs while going 3-for-3. She hasn't dropped below four RBI for four straight games. Abigail Hulin was another key contributor, going 2-for-3 with a home run, three RBI, and two runs.
