New Albany hadn't done well against Itawamba Agricultural recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Bulldogs skirted past the Indians 38-35. The win continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won three in a row.

Despite the loss, Itawamba Agricultural still got an impressive performance from Xavier Waters, who rushed for 125 yards. Waters is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 107 every time he's taken the field this season.

New Albany now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Itawamba Agricultural, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
