Baseball Recap: Harrison Comes Up Short

The Harrison Raiders came up short against the Danville Warriors on Tuesday, falling 14-4. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kendrick Pena made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run and two runs. That home run marked the first that he has launched this season. Another player making a difference was Sieger Geswein, who went 1-for-3 with one home run.

Harrison now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Danville, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

While Harrison had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
