Basketball Recap: Aqqaluk Takes a Loss

Aqqaluk lost against Napaaqtugmiut back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Aqqaluk Bears took a 58-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Napaaqtugmiut Lynx.

Aqqaluk has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season. Napaaqtugmiut has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.

Aqqaluk does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Napaaqtugmiut, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 64-36 loss against Davis-Romoth on the 1st.
