Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lake Houston HomeSchool). They breezed by the Humble Christian Cougars to the tune of 46-12 on Monday. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Conquerors had established a 30 point advantage.

Humble Christian's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ivy Miller, who posted five points.

Lake Houston HomeSchool now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Humble Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6.
