Volleyball Recap: North Iowa Comes Up Short

North Iowa lost against Garner-Hayfield/Ventura two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bison fell 2-0 to the Cardinals. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

North Iowa now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Garner-Hayfield/Ventura, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season.

North Iowa wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Bishop Garrigan on the 27th. As for Garner-Hayfield/Ventura, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Southeast Valley on the 27th.
