Whitehall came out on top against Fremont on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive eight-run second inning. The Vikings' pitchers stepped up to hand the Packers an 11-0 shutout. This was a revenge game for the Vikings: when they faced off against the Packers on Thursday, they had to take a 4-3 loss.

Whitehall's win bumped their record up to 4-12. As for Fremont, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-10-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Whitehall will venture away from home to face off against NorthPointe Christian at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Fremont, they will challenge Holton at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
