Baker County put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They skirted past the Paxon School For Advanced Studies Golden Eagles 2-0. The two-run effort marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.
Not much got past Grace Masterson, who gave up just six hits and racked up ten Ks to keep Paxon School For Advanced Studies off the board. Masterson has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in eight consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Chloe Johnson was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.
