Volleyball Recap: Trinity Wins High-Profile Matchup Against Ryle

Trinity faced Ryle in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Shamrocks were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Raiders. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Shamrocks also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Trinity is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season. As for Ryle, their loss dropped their record down to 18-4-1.

Looking ahead, Trinity will venture away from home to square off against St. Xavier at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their 28th straight victory, something the Shamrocks surely won't give up without a fight. Ryle does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
