Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Emerald Ridge). They breezed by the South Kitsap Wolves to the tune of 67-27 on Tuesday. Given the Jaguars' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 31st, while the Wolves are ranked 213th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Emerald Ridge has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season. As for South Kitsap, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-12.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Emerald Ridge will host Sumner at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
