Volleyball Recap: Riverside Find Success

Riverside won the last time they faced Osceola and things went their way on Thursday too. The Chargers walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Bulldogs. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Chargers.

Riverside had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 16-25, 25-18, 25-19, 28-26.

Among those leading the charge was Autumn Murphy, who had 17 digs and three assists. That's the most assists she has posted over her last six contests.

Riverside's win bumped their record up to 15-3. As for Osceola, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-3.

Riverside didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Madison on the 6th. Osceola has also already played their next match (against Bruning-Davenport/Shickley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
