Dulaney is 9-1 against Sparrows Point since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Lions will host the Pointers at 4:00 p.m. Dulaney will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Sparrows Point's hitters are going to have their work cut out for them on Monday: Dulaney hadn't allowed a single run the last three times they've hit the field. The Lions never let Perry Hall get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory on Monday. Considering the Lions have won ten matchups by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Sparrows Point came up short against Catonsville on Thursday, falling 8-2. The Pointers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Anneliese Cardoso spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered nine runs (all of which were unearned) on eight hits.

On the hitting side, Sparrows Point saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Marisa Muffoltto, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one double. Katyanne Fouts was another, going 1-for-3 with one triple and one run.

Sparrows Point now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Dulaney, their win bumped their record up to 13-2.

Everything went Dulaney's way against Sparrows Point when the teams last played back in April, as Dulaney made off with a 13-2 victory. Do the Lions have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Pointers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
