Basketball Game Preview: Lebo Wolves vs. Lyndon Tigers

The Lebo Wolves are taking a road trip to face off against the Lyndon Tigers on Tuesday. Lebo's defense has only allowed 27.7 points per game this season, so Lyndon's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Last Friday, Lebo blew past West Franklin, posting a 61-27 victory. The Wolves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 22 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Lyndon hadn't done well against Olpe recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Lyndon came out on top against Olpe by a score of 42-35.

Lebo is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-3-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 21.1 points over those games. As for Lyndon, their record now sits at 10-5.

Everything came up roses for Lebo against Lyndon in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, as the squad secured a 58-12 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lebo since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
