Basketball Recap: Seven Straight Home Victories for North Andover

North Andover won the last time they faced Winchester and things went their way on Saturday too. The North Andover Scarlet Knights came out on top against the Winchester Red & Black by a score of 45-38. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Scarlet Knights' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings (they are ranked 61st, while the Red & Black are ranked 17th).

North Andover's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-7. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.3 points over those games. As for Winchester, their loss ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-3.
