Football Recap: Lithia Springs Finds Playoff Glory Versus Blessed Trinity

Lithia Springs had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They managed a 20-14 victory over the Blessed Trinity Titans on Monday. The win was all the more spectacular given the Lions' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 29th, while the Titans are ranked third).

Jasmine McDowell was her usual excellent self, rushing for 80 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries.
