Soccer Game Preview: Inter-Lakes vs. Fall Mountain

Inter-Lakes is 0-3 against Fall Mountain since September of 2024 but things could change on Wednesday. The Lakers will be playing at home against the Wildcats at 4:00 p.m.

Inter-Lakes is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to five goals on Saturday, they were much more limited against Bishop Brady on Monday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Giants.

Meanwhile, Fall Mountain kept a clean sheet against Hillsboro-Deering on Saturday. They blew past the Hillcats 4-0. Fall Mountain haven't had any issues with Hillsboro-Deering recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Inter-Lakes' defeat dropped their record down to 2-9-1. As for Fall Mountain, their win bumped their record up to 6-3-2.

Inter-Lakes came up short against Fall Mountain in their previous meeting back in September, falling 3-1. Can the Lakers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
