Football Recap: Rickards Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Rickards had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a blow against the Florida State University High School Seminoles on Tuesday, falling 32-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Raiders in their matchups with the Seminoles: they've now lost four in a row.

Danielle White was a one-woman wrecking crew for Florida State University High School as she rushed for 81 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries, and also threw for 21 yards and two touchdowns.

Coming up, Rickards will welcome Suwannee at 7:00 p.m. on February 27th. As for Florida State University High School, they have already played their next game, a 21-0 victory against Lincoln on the 20th.
