Soccer Game Preview: Keene Central vs. Schroon Lake

The Keene Central Beavers are taking a road trip to take on the Schroon Lake Wildcats at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Keene Central will roll into the matchup after a wild two-game stretch: they didn't score any goals on Saturday, then bounced right back against Willsboro Central on Wednesday. The Beavers put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp 5-1 win. It was an even better day for Wyatt Martin as he scored three goals for his team.

Meanwhile, Schroon Lake came tearing into Monday's match with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.5 goals), and they left with even more momentum.
