Basketball Game Preview: Brockport Blue Devils vs. School of the Arts Silverhawks

The Brockport Blue Devils are taking a road trip to square off against the School of the Arts Silverhawks at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. School of the Arts took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Brockport, who comes in off a win.

Brockport took a loss when they played away from home on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They walked away with a 67-58 win over Honeoye Falls-Lima. That looming 67-58 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Blue Devils yet this season.

Meanwhile, School of the Arts was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Sunday as they fell 41-36 to Falconer.

Brockport's victory bumped their record up to 3-10. As for School of the Arts, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.

Brockport was able to grind out a solid win over School of the Arts in their previous meeting back in December of 2022, winning 73-64. The rematch might be a little tougher for Brockport since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
