Basketball Recap: Cushing Takes a Loss

Cushing lost against Mannford on Friday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Tigers might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 45-30 to the Pirates, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cushing's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Mannford, they pushed their record up to 6-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Cushing and Mannford will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Tigers see the court they'll take on Bristow at 6:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026. As for Mannford, their break will end when they face Sperry at 6:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026.
