Swink had already won nine in a row and they went ahead and made it ten on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Limon Badgers with a sharp 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lions also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-12, 25-17.

Taylor Mendenhall paced Swink's offense, picking up 12 kills. Mendenhall got some help from Kashlynn Blasingame and her 16 assists. Finally, Mendenhall was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high six blocks.

Several Badgers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Chloe Stone, who had 18 digs and two assists. Braelyn Malcom was another key player, getting 21 assists and five digs.

Swink's victory bumped their record up to 17-4. As for Limon, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-16.

Swink didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Peyton on the 22nd. As for Limon, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Byers on the 23rd.
