Soccer Recap: Danville Takes a Loss

After flying high against Schlarman on Monday, Danville came back down to earth. The Vikings took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Centennial Chargers on Tuesday. Danville have struggled against Centennial recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Danville's loss dropped their record down to 5-4-3. As for Centennial, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Danville is set to face off against their familiar foe Normal West at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Centennial will challenge rival Richwoods at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
