Volleyball Recap: Mt. Abraham Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Mt. Abraham can now relate to. They fell 3-1 to the Vermont Commons Flying Turtles on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Flying Turtles this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-1 defeat back in September.

Mt. Abraham started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 25-21, 25-21, 26-24.

Mt. Abraham's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Vermont Commons, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-10.

As of now, neither Mt. Abraham nor the Flying Turtles have any future games scheduled.
