Volleyball Game Preview: Newport Grizzlies vs. St. George's Dragons + How To Watch

The Newport Grizzlies will head out on the road to face off against the St. George's Dragons at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Saturday, Newport made easy work of Kettle Falls and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Meanwhile, St. George's posted their closest win since September 9th on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over Medical Lake.

Newport's win bumped their record up to 9-7. As for St. George's, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

Newport took their victory against St. George's when the teams last played two weeks ago by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Grizzlies since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
