Volleyball Recap: Cowan Blackhawks vs. Blue River Valley Vikings

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wapahani, Cowan was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Blue River Valley Vikings. This was a revenge game for the Blackhawks: when they faced off against the Vikings two weeks ago, they had to take a 2-0 loss.

Cowan walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-21, 21-25, 25-23.

Taylor Young was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 12 digs and four aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in September.
