Soccer Recap: Jefferson Takes a Loss

Jefferson lost to Burges back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Silver Foxes came up short against the Mustangs, falling 3-0.

Jefferson has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9-2 record this season. As for Burges, their victory bumped their record up to 6-8-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Jefferson is set to take on their familiar foe Chapin at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Burges will face off against rival Canutillo at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
