Volleyball Recap: Hazard Takes a Loss

If Hazard was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Lee County on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bulldogs / Lady Bulldogs took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Leslie County Eagles on Wednesday. The Bulldogs / Lady Bulldogs were not able to make up for their loss to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Hazard now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Leslie County, the victory (which was their sixth in a row dating back to last season) raised their record to 3-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hazard will square off against Jellico at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Leslie County, they will head out to square off against Buckhorn at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
